TESASCAN 25. Capable of measuring upto 25mm diameter and 200mm Length

TESASCAN 50 Capable of measuring upto 50mm diameter and 275mm Length

TESASCAN 50 PLUS with SLEW Capable of measuring upto 50mm diameter and 500mm Length

TESA SCAN 80 Capable of measuring upto 80mm diameter and 500mm Length

PROFILE 130 Capable of measuring upto 130mm diameter and 1000mm Length


 

The System  

· Optical measurement system utilising light sensitive linear CCD arrays.

· Fast, easy to use PRO-MEASURE for Windows 2000 programming software.

· Headstock with CNC motorised rotation.

· Industry standard Morse 1 quick change tooling at head and tailstock.

· Thread basic measurement using mathematical compensation.

· Shop-hardened for use in harsh environments (IP54 rating).

· Standards database for Limits & Fits (ISO, DIN) and Thread Tolerancing (ISO,UNC, UNJ).

· Setting Master suppied for daily calibration.

· Traceability to international standards.



Measurement Capability

STATIC:

· Diameters, Lengths, Intersections, Gauge Diameters, Radii, Angles, radial height difference etc
· 2D work piece alignment - creation of work piece reference axis from two diameters.


DYNAMIC:

· Concentricity – parallel, maximum form and gauge diameters, interrupted diameters, taper and parallel thread   profile axes.

· Run out – plain, interrupted diameters and face run out.

· Roundness, Cylindricity and Straightness.

· Diameter with rotation - ovality, max. min. average diameter of plain or interrupted diameters.

· Hexagon - across flats dimension, symmetry of flats to axis, max. dimension across corners.

· Section analysis with rotation - max. and min. section radius and angular locations.

· Offset diameters - eccentricity and symmetry.

· 3D work piece alignment - creation of work piece reference axis from plain diameters and thread profiles.


THREAD MEASUREMENT: (without Slewing Mechanism)
· Parallel vee-form – major and pitch diameters, pitch, flank angles.
· Taper threads – major and pitch diameters at any location, pitch, taper, flank angles, gauge   length, useable   thread length and crest profiles.

IMAGE CLEANING:
· A software filter which can be set at different levels to reduce the affect of contamination on the work piece.
